  • Our ball is produced using HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), an industrial powder-bed fusion additive manufacturing process that builds each part through digitally controlled, layer-by-layer fusion. Unlike injection or roto molding, MJF enables complex internal lattice structures that would otherwise be impossible to manufacture, while maintaining precise control over geometry throughout the entire ball. The result is uniform material density, consistent wall thickness, and controlled pore distribution from part to part. This additive approach significantly reduces variability, improves performance consistency, and allows us to iterate quickly while scaling production in a controlled, repeatable way.

Material & Construction
DigiPro is made from an advanced thermoplastic polymer engineered for impact durability, combined with a digitally designed internal geometry. Its seamless, one-piece construction eliminates glued seams or bonded halves, improving structural integrity while reducing cracking and deformation. The result is a longer usable lifespan compared to traditional balls.

 

Durability
The design has been tested across multiple iterations and demonstrates high resistance to cracking and deformation in both hot and cold conditions, on any playing surface. Performance characteristics are maintained over extended play cycles, even under repeated impact.
