Unlike traditional injection-molded pickleballs, DigiPro is digitally manufactured to deliver superior durability, consistency, and significantly reduced acoustic output while maintaining competitive play performance.
Unlike traditional injection-molded pickleballs, DigiPro is digitally manufactured to deliver superior durability, consistency, and significantly reduced acoustic output while maintaining competitive play performance.
Our ball is produced using HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), an industrial powder-bed fusion additive manufacturing process that builds each part through digitally controlled, layer-by-layer fusion. Unlike injection or roto molding, MJF enables complex internal lattice structures that would otherwise be impossible to manufacture, while maintaining precise control over geometry throughout the entire ball. The result is uniform material density.
The lattice structure absorbs and distributes impact energy differently than a solid shell — reducing the sharp "crack" of traditional pickleballs into a softer click. This acoustic reduction is what earns the DigiPro its USA Pickleball Quiet Play certification.
Every DigiPro ball is produced from the same digital file, with tolerances that do not vary over time. This means the 100th ball is identical to the 1st — something injection molding simply cannot guarantee as molds wear.
